There are some basic things that you require for growing these sprouts in your home and they include a jar in which you will sprout the seeds.

The size of the jar is to be determined keeping in mind the number of sprouts you and your family require daily.

Apart from that, you will also require a nylon mesh cloth to cover the mouth of the jar so that no external objects enter the jar.

Before proceeding ahead to reading the simple sprouting instructions, you should remember to purchase organic seeds only.

Now here are the basic sprouting instructions.

First put a few tablespoonfuls of seeds in the jar.

Now cover the jar with wire mesh.

Add water and swirl it for some time and then drain. This is done to wash the seeds.

Add a cupful of water again. Repeat this process two times a day.

Within 1-4 days, depending on the type of seed you are using, you will be rewarded.

Put the sprouted seeds in a covered container and put it in the fridge.
