How to Make a Sprout Sandwich

Sprout sandwiches are an awesome way to get more sprouts into your diet. However, not every type of sprout works well as a sandwich. You want ones that have leafy greens such as alfalfa and clover or a mung bean sprout works well also.
I made a video for you showing you how to make a sprout sandwich just like the one I made for lunch today. Since clover is a bit bitter on its own this works best if you have something like guacamole on it that can mask the taste a bit.
Step 1 – Get some sprouted bread. I have not mastered the art of sprout breadmaking yet, so I buy Ezekiel Bread from our local health food store.
Step 2 – Add on your spreads. I add Vegenaise and Guacamole.
Step 3 – Add on some Pesticide-Free or Organic Tomatoes.
Step 4 – Add on your leafy sprouts. This would be your Alfalfas and Clovers.
Step 5 – Add on a bit of Bean Sprouts. Notice, you want the sprouts… not the beans themselves. I made that mistake my first time around.
Step 6 – Eat and ENJOY!
